Project Learn
The program fee listed is a balance for the entire 9 1/2 months of Project Learn. The first payment is due at the time of sign up and will be credited as follows: 1/2 of the fee is your last month payment for June 2009 and 1/2 of the fee is a materials fee for the year. Please note that the first payment is non-refundable and regular monthly payments will begin in September. At the beginning of each month, a payment is due and will be deducted from the account balance.
Project Learn ends at 6:00PM everyday, your child MUST be picked up by 6:00PM.
Payments are due by the fifth of each month. If payments become delinquent, the Director reserves the right to discontinue the child's participation in the program.
The Club offers the option to have the monthly payment automatically charged to a credit or debit card on the fifth of each month if you prefer. The option is available in the registration for the automatic deduction.
The Club is open Monday through Friday from the time school ends to 6:00 PM, this does include the early release Wednesday as well. Project Learn follows the Bellevue School District calendar, if there is no school scheduled for the day there will not be Project Learn that day either.
School's Out Days are held at the Main Club on most days that students do not have school, please note that this is a separate program with a separate sign-up and fee and is not part of Project Learn. Sign ups for School's Out Days begin one month before the School's Out day. Each youth must have a current membership and pay the annual club program fee. Scholarships & payment plans are available.
